Recently, Hoppt Battery successfully completed the pressure endurance tests for a battery assembly capable of withstanding depths of 6000 meters, including parallel discharge and seal endurance tests, marking a significant achievement in the development of a submersible battery for such extreme depths.

This deep-sea pressure-resistant battery can power deep-sea equipment for ocean exploration and hydrological analysis, operating independently at depths of up to 6000 meters without the need for a separate sealed chamber. The battery pack features a modular and expandable design, offering excellent environmental adaptability and resistance to various maritime conditions, including seawater corrosion.

Throughout the product development process, the R&D team revised the design multiple times, establishing technical specifications and conducting research on materials selection, shell design, strength analysis, battery selection, and module structure design. This culminated in the successful prototyping and performance testing of the product. The development of this 6000-meter pressure-resistant submersible battery represents a new breakthrough for HOPPT BATTERY in the field of deep-sea pressure battery technology.
